One answer, four identities

Cloudflare observes the request. IPBot resolves operator, route, registration, and connection evidence. The page keeps each identity separate instead of calling every organization an ISP.

The server must receive a public IP to answer the question. The application does not create a user account or a persistent lookup history, and the private IPBot key never reaches the browser.
